Complimentary eSIM offer — terms and conditions

The complimentary Merofly eSIM is included with eligible Skyegroove travel packages. Skyegroove confirms eligibility, the included plan and any package-specific conditions in your quote before booking. “Up to 30 days” is the maximum available on selected plans, not a guaranteed duration for every booking. Duration, coverage, data allowance, voice calls and SMS vary by destination and package. Unlimited plans may have fair-use or speed restrictions. An unlocked, eSIM-compatible device is required; activation and validity follow the included plan’s terms. Standalone eSIM purchases are charged separately.

Can I get unlimited internet for 30 days?

Selected destinations offer unlimited plans lasting up to 30 days. The UK currently includes a 30-day option; the UAE options shown run up to 15 days. Skyegroove will confirm which plan is included in your eligible package before booking. Fair-use policies and speed restrictions may apply.

Which plan durations can I choose?

Plans start from 3 days, with 5, 7, 10, 15 and 30-day options depending on your destination and chosen plan. Select your destination to see the durations currently available.

Do plans include voice calls and SMS?
